Random Shots Of A Real Rock-N-Roll Band In The 1980's
LIX toured incessantly during the 1980's playing 6 to 7 nights a week EVERY week.
We even played on Christmas as I remember having to drive 5 hours to see my family
on Christmas and then drive back in time to play that night. To put that in perspective:
I played with The Oath for a little over 5 years. But we averaged 2 nights a week playing.
To spend that same amount of time onstage in the Oath that I did with LIX between 1983 and 1987
I would have had to play every weekend with the Oath for 14 years!!! We literally lived together
in LIX because we were ALWAYS on the road!
